The series of 18 exercises was developed by Aviva Gabriella Steiner during 30 years of constant research and experiment. Her Method has helped thousands of women worldwide to become mothers, to control their menstrual cycle and also provided them with the possibility for the natural treatement and prevention of various gynaecological problems. The AVIVA Method Exercises for Women generate beneficial changes in the endocrine system in a natural way. The carefully choreographed exercises include both gymnastic elements and dance-like movements which are to be carried out with a musical background. Learning these exercises are fun, no previous sports experience is needed.

 The AVIVA Method for WOMEN could help with:

  • problems related to the menstrual cycle: absent period (amenorrhea), irregular period (the period is too long or too short, the period comes earlier or later than usual, the bleeding is too heavy or too light)

  • period cramps and painful menstruation

  • premenstrual syndrome (PMS)

  • infertility and subfertility: Fallopian tube blockage, anovulation

  • improving the successfulness of IVF treatments (as a complementary method)

Lessons are held for groups (max. 12 persons) in-person while 1-on-1 lessons can be arranged either in-person or online.

The AVIVA Method for Women Basic Package consists of two separate lessons: the basic course and a regular lesson.

 

During the 4-hour basic course you will receive a package of practical and theoretical information you need to know about hormone balance and hormone health including::

 

  • the ultimate series of 18 exercises which is the so-called Simple Method within the AVIVA Method Exercise System

  • tailor-made instructions on how to do the exercises so as they fit your personal needs and abilities and the health issues  you want to resolve either for therapy or prevention

  • practical information on nutrition and healthy diet

  • useful advice and recommendation about necessary additional lifestyle changes

 

The regular lesson serves as a possibility for practice and lasts for about 50 minutes. During this lesson we focus only on the exercises themselves, we do the 18 exercises continuously without stopping and apply necessary corrections.

In-person and online lessons are available in English, Greek and Hungarian.
